You will be staying at the gates of the Perche (Saint Cosme en Vairais) in an old bread oven. Quiet and peaceful place 4 km from the village. The accommodation has a bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, a living area with sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom, a plot of land and a garden shed (with outdoor furniture). A stove and wood are available for you to enjoy your evenings. The field may be closed; this will be specified in advance 😁

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. Pets are welcome but the land is not fully enclosed. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. Cleaning is included in the rate. DURING THE WINTER PERIOD IT IS IMPERATIVE TO OPERATE THE WOOD STOVE (WOOD PROVIDED).
