Large family house ideally located in the heart of Le Perche (10 minutes from Belleme, 20 minutes from La Perriere), can accommodate 10 to 11 travellers. This charming house, completely renovated in 2025, has a high level of comfort (fireplaces, billiards, garden, petanque court, ping pong, etc.) for unforgettable stays in the countryside! During your stay, we can advise you on your outings. And to extend the experience, the antique objects and dishes are available for sale.

We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a gîte 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the calm of our gîte. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 guests, the gîte is ideal for families, couples or lovers of motor racing (20 min from the 24-hour circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby.
