Holiday rentals with lake access in District 1

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Clean. The host is very friendly. There were some mosquitoes, but it was possible to exterminate them with incense and electric products. An electric mosquito repellent in each room.It would have been better if there was one.

This is where I stayed for the second time. Good location, convenient surroundings Privacy protection. The washing machine and dryer are always useful. The host is friendly and actively communicates It's convenient to get to other places, and it's a quiet area, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. I'll use it again next time.

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed apartment. The host was highly responsive and ensured any questions or minor issues were addressed promptly and graciously. The apartment itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, elegant, well laid out, and clean. The location boasts a stunning view over the city, with the rooftop pool offering a particularly memorable vantage point. While the city center is within walking distance, we opted for taxis since we were travelling with children. They were both convenient and very reasonably priced. Overall, an exceptional experience and excellent value. We would not hesitate to return.

My family & I had a lovely stay , easy walk to district 1 . Alot quieter than district one at night , comfortable soft beds . AC keeps the apartment cold . Lots of food choices nearby, amazing massage Just around the corner . The pictures for this listing are generic for this complex and not exactly what you get . Our apartment on the 15th floor was great .

Kenzo was so responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They helped us with getting to the location as well and were lovely throughout. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed, location was so good with the convenience stores below and the local bò né right there being amazing too! Thanks for having my mother and I, would love to stay again if I have the chance.
