Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Washington

Great place that was clean, had air conditioning, and plenty of beds that were comfortable for our family of five. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I don't know that I can find the words high enough to praise the experience my fiance and I had at Paul's home. I've never seen such a finished basement that made you feel like you were in an apartment home. We had everything that we needed here. Living room: Spacious, great lighting, comfortable sofa w/ chaise. Great for relaxing, napping and just watching movies/shows Kitchen: Appliances out of the whazoo. We had everything that we needed and even extras that we didn't need. Tons of utensils, plates etc. Ninja blender is great for slushees and milkshakes too! Bathroom: Amazing shower, amazing washer and dryer and bonus: Heated Floors Bedroom: Has it's own heating/AC unit, TV, comfortable bed (slept like a baby every night), Work station is also amazing w/ ambient lighting as to not wake your sleeping partner. Again, I can't sing high enough praises. Anything that we needed, we were able to resolve within minutes or even a few hours. We stayed 3 weeks. Worth every dime. 10/10!

Ida was very proactive and responsive. I love the area. Was very nostalgic since I used to live on the next block. The beds and couch were comfortable. All the linens were clean and smelled great! There wereMy daughters enjoyed the ping pong table and chest board. I wish there was a hand towel rail in the bathroom but honestly, no complaints! Would stay again for sure.

It was a great stay. The place looked just liked the pictures and the instructions provided beforehand made the check in process seamless. We were close to the metro which made accessing public transportation to anywhere in the city very easy. It was also central to various stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

If you enjoy DC, this place gives you quick and easy access to the city at a very low price. Ida was very responsive throughout our entire stay and was quick to answer questions or solve issues for us.

Henry's house was by far the best Air BnB that I have ever stayed in. It was convenient, clean, and HUGE! Had space for everything that we needed and even the little things that he left for us we so thoughtful. We look forward to renting Henry's home again when we are back in the area.

Paola’s home is a special find. It is tastefully designed and well-appointed with interesting art and furnishings. The large living room worked well for my daughter’s bridal shower. It is located in a super quiet and safe feeling section of NW near Silver Spring. I highly recommend Paola’s house.

Alex was a great host! It was our first time visiting DC and she was helpful in providing local recommendations. She also had a list of nearby recommended restaurants with brief descriptions. Every one of them was amazing! In fact, one of the restaurants she listed in the binder was our favorite meal of the whole trip. She made the home feel very cozy, where all of us felt like we were in a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again, if we come back to DC!

Excellent place to stay that was in the middle of everything we wanted to do. 10-20 minutes drive to all the national parks and arboretum and walkable to lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The main benefit to me was having Tahmeed be so responsive. He always responded promptly when we had a question and it gave me confidence in knowing I had a host that would take care of what i needed. 100% would stay here again.

Grace’s place was perfect in every regard. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and all the amenities were there. The location is amazing and it’s right near the beautiful Lincoln Park and not a far walk from the Capitol. Grace was very responsive and when there was a minor incident that needed addressing, she got right back to me and took care of it. It’s a bright and beautiful space and I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again!

For someone who needed access to the capitol, this could not be better. Walking distance to union station. Quiet neighborhood. Everything I needed was here from laundry to kitchen utensils. I love how organized everything was and labeled. There is even a bidet! The grocery is a few blocks away. I did not need help because everything was very clear. I’d be happy to return on my next business trip. A great option for the professional.
