There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Built in wood with many large windows that make the house very bright and open. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with shower, nice kitchen and spacious living room. 12 minutes from Ebeltoft town and child-friendly beaches, 5 minutes from Reepark, 35 minutes to Djurs Sommerland and 30 minutes to Greenaa. You can hike towards Mols mountains or quickly be in Ebeltoft, the beach, Djurs summerland or Ree Park by car. The home is ideal for 2-4 people, but extra can sleep in the loft. There is NO TV or WiFi.

The house is really nicely located on the plot with a fantastic view over the passage of the seasons in Mols Bjerge.
