Apartment 32 is on the 3rd floor and offers a beautiful view over the neighborhood from the balcony, where the sun sets wonderfully in the evening (see photo)! The beach is only 500-600 meters away. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are also only 1.2 streets away.
