Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Modern and stylish private home w/ secure South facing garden & patios...Easy to find, immediately off the main A38 however fabulously quiet as set back in this sleepy, favourable rural village. It is 2 mins level walk to the friendly shop & pub. Parking directly infront of the house or garage. It's only 3 miles from the nearest town Saltash which has an array of shops, bars, restaurants, fast food & a 60 Hectare dog walking nature reserve. Also approx 8 mile to the nearest beach. NO PET FEES 😻

There are stunning views of the beach and surrounding countryside from the large balcony which has a lovely table and chairs. We provide guests with Netflix and free wifi. The perfect location for a family getaway. The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms with a double and two single beds. You can walk into Looe which is just over a mile walk or drive it in a few minutes.

Self contained annexe to an 1842 built grade II listed Toll House and conveniently situated on the outskirts of the old market town of Liskeard. The location is a great base whether away on business or for those looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.
