Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Dodecanese Islands

Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Periklis mehr als zufrieden 😇 Zu der Wohnung : die Wohnung bietet alles an was man braucht und ist in einem guten Zustand. 😊 Es gibt einige Supermärkte, bar und ein Taxistand in der Nähe womit man überall hin kommen kann. Periklis, hat alles getan, damit wir uns Wohlfühlen kann. Trotz meinen begrenzten Englisch Kenntnissen hat er mir über Video Call alles erklärt, beschrieben, gezeigt und sogar navigiert. Außerdem war er non stop erreichbar und hat uns bei allem helfen können. Dankeschön für alles 😊 Ich kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen 🙌🏽

fabulous apartment plenty of space for the six of us. spotlessly clean and a lovely breakfast provided which sadly we didn't have time to eat as we left at 4am for our flight to Athens. Dimitrios was a great host.

Thanks a lot for this wonderful time, specially for Alexandra our host. She is very hospitable. You exceeded our expectations. Appartment is located at the seafront. Just 30 meters away. You can hear the sea from your bedroom. Location is brand new and clean. Space enough for a family of 4. In front there is a Beach with pebbles and strong waves (for older kids). 100 meters further there Is a Sandy Beach for smaller kids. Appolonas has enough restaurants and bars to stay couple of days, one mini market and nothing more. Bread can be bought of the baker who comes to town dialy at 12pm. Snorkeling is Nice close to the Pier, rocky part. The trips (with a rental car) takes you through the Mountains to cosy villages. Thanks a lot Alexandra (and family) …

We loved our stay at Alexandra's place! We especially appreciated the breakfast (paying option) and the delicious dessert her husband prepared for us. We had a movie night on the big screen at the common terrace—the kids absolutely loved it. Alexandra is very friendly and helpful, and she really goes the extra mile to assist you. Apollonas is absolutely perfect if you want to stay away from the busy, touristy beaches. While a car is recommended and you should be prepared for some travel time through the mountains to get anywhere, it’s more than worth it. Highly recommended!

Mehmet bey sağolsun bizi çok güzel ağırladı , ziyaretcilerin bilmesi gerektigini dusundugumuz sey cevredeki barlardan gece 1'e kadar yuksek muzik sesi duyabilirsiniz, onun dışında lokasyon, hijyen ve ev sahibi 5 yıldızı hak ediyor :)

Alexandra is probably the best host we have had so far with Airbnb. She is a kind, responsive and very generous host who you can tell puts a lot of effort into making sure her guests feel at home. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and was located right on the water front in Apollonas, a small fishing village located to the north of the island. This place is perfect if you’re just looking to relax. Highly recommend!

Lambis e Cristina sono stati preziosi, molto cordiali e disponibili, sono stata seguita da Cristina che parla un ottimo italiano e la ringrazio ancora molto! La casa è molto bella, luminosa ed accogliente, essendo in vacanza con nonni e i miei figli più piccoli abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina, e i condizionatori presenti in ogni camera e nel soggiorno (quest’ultimo usato veramente poco), la zona dove si trova la casa è un po’ isolata, serve l’auto. Abbiamo soggiornato qui 12 giorni e la posizione ci ha permesso di visitare sia la parte a sud sia quella verso Rodi città. Se si desidera rilassarsi è sicuramente il luogo ideale, la consiglierei senz’altro. Emanuela 🩷

Spyridon a de loin était un excellent hôte et nous a permis d'apprécier d'autant plus notre sejour dans les cyclades. Notre séjour a été ponctué de surpises, que ce soit à notre arrivée ou pendant sa durée (nous vous laissons les découvrir par vous mêmes ☺️). La maison ? Que dire, située au sein d'un village qu'il est agréable de visiter et où nous sentons la vie locale. La maison est impeccable, propre et décorée avec soins. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée et avons pu admirer le coucher de soleil chaque soir. Bref, au top ☺️

Maria was so helpful and the house was beautiful. In a quiet part of the old town but still close to lots of great restaurants and the sights. The outside areas were great and the living room was great to relax in after a day walking around in the sun. We would definitely stay again when next in Rhodes!

Our stay at Prometheus's place was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The place offers so many unique features, including a jacuzzi, massage chair, home cinema, and multiple patios with beautiful views. The white sand beach as a backyard is an extra bonus...! Prometheus is a very attentive and thoughtful host, even helping us with local car rental options and providing us with extensive recommendations for exploring Kos. The house is located in Mastichari, a quiet and pretty area, but with lovely and free beaches that you could easily spend your entire time there without needing to travel elsewhere. My family and I are incredibly thankful to Prometheus for such a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at his beautiful home, and we hope to return for a longer stay next summer! You could really enjoy this home with a group of friends and spend quality time at home during your Kos vacay!

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends!
