The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Apartment within walking distance of downtown Velp

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is provided.

BIJTIEN is an independent small cottage with blue shutters, on the edge of the Veluwe, for 2 adults. This tiny house has a living room with kitchenette, a luxury shower with toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs. Terrace with outdoor shower. Optionally, the hot tub can be booked for 35 euros for max 2 consecutive evenings. Every new guest gets clean water in the hot tub! The Veluwe with many cycling and hiking routes is about 1 km away. Bikes can be stored in the storage room.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Even though we are in the center of Velp, our cottage is quiet. National Parks Veluwezoom and Hoge Veluwe are within cycling distance, and the city of Arnhem is 10 minutes away by car or public transport. Ideal for recreation or business travelers. . Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
