Varada was very helpful, he described how to get to the hotel, how to use the keys. He also helped me very quickly to get T30 form for extension my visa. The hotel has a good location. It’s just 20 min walk to the old city, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby

A really good place to stay at if you’re looking to explore the old town. The house has a nook for people to enjoy a coffee, with a view and a book. Would opt to stay here again whenever I visit Chiang Mai

Returning customer for long stays 89 nights, very friendly guests, nice appartment lift to first floor fully equiped kitchen all inclusive supplies, near to makro and big c, must have car or motorbike to go in the city or take grab.

I really enjoyed staying at Iron32, Turbo and his staff made me feel really welcome. From laundry to local cafes recommendations - they were there to help me out.

Beautiful place, stunning room with wonderful staff. A 5-10 min drive to the main town but that means it’s very peaceful. Truly a tranquil oasis in Chiang Mai

I don’t want to give this place 5 stars because I would be giving away the secret on this Chiang Mai hidden gem. Craig and his team went out of their way to not only make me feel like I was at home but to make my stay completely effortless. They had no issue with my early check in. When I had lunch delivered, plates and water appeared at the table. When I decided to go for a swim in the pool, it was skimmed right before I went in, and towels appeared before I stepped into the perfect water. Craig had is staff prepare a fire for me on the roof at my preferred time. Anything I wanted was very readily prepared, and this was the most relaxed I felt since being in Thailand. I got to hold the cute rabbits in the morning while overlooking the river. My only regret was that I didn’t stay longer. 10/10 destination!!!!!! Not only will I be returning to this location, I will rent the whole villa next time.

If I could give our stay 10 stars out of 5 I would. Daniel and Sumalee are amazing hosts and Sabai Sabai is even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was perfect and Daniel was always available to offer advice and recommendations as well as making sure everything ran smoothly. He goes way above and beyond. I’m looking forward to coming back again next year!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The location is brilliant, just outside the old city. It is still very quiet. The best part is the staff. they were so accommodating, gave great advice, and were always friendly and professional. This will be my regular place to stay when I visit Chiang Mai. I can't wait to come back.

We stayed there for 5 nights as 3 young backpackers and we enjoyed every second of it. The location is sooo peaceful and the owners hospitality was heartwarming. We rented bikes and with them everything was easily reachable with just a 5 minute drive. We loved the pool and the dartboard and pretty much used them both nearly every night. We would definitely recommend this AirBnB and would 100% book it again when we come there again:)

The view from our room is amazing! We were super lucky to see the cloud above the mountain at sunrise! Host is really friendly and helpful, introducing interesting local tours and experiences, which made us wish to come back and visit here again! Coffee is a plus!! happy to know they are supporting local communities for the coffee beans and tourism!

The house is even prettier and more whimsical in person than the photos can show. Every nook and cranny is beautifully decorated, brimming with charm and personality. The kids had an amazing time exploring the house and playing in the pool. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, including the stunning bathrooms. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the on-site housekeepers were always available when needed. The location in Mae Rim is fantastic, with a beautiful cafe/restaurant just a short walk away where you can dine by a lovely river. The area also offers plenty of other attractions, along with great cafes and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! It was a very special and memorable experience for our family!

The room was lovely and as described. Air conditioning worked well and we appreciated the fan in the room.

Everything was beautifully perfect. The bathtub is clearly a big plus after a long stay. Ultra peaceful, ultra clean, very nice place in the old neighborhood of Chiang Mai. Thank you for everything Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Very welcoming hotel with very nice staff, easy for check-in and checkout very nice, room as described and coffee available for free next to the pool, it's a real plus, the hotel is located next to all the living spaces of the old town, I highly recommend

We really enjoyed staying at this AirBnB. Communication was easy and very friendly. The AirBnB is very clean and looks like the photos. Since everything was a bit in the “like at grandma's house” style, we felt right at home. During the day you can hear the planes taking off or landing every now and then, but at night it is quiet. We will be happy to come back!

Definitely my most favorite airbnb because Saya is such a joy. Checkin was easy. Saya gave instructions. There was privacy. The house (and street) are quiet except for the local jazz music which is a-mazing. The room has a balcony and private bathroom. The living room has an area to work from plus there is a washer and dryer. It's in Nimman which is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants and street food, very walkable and easy to get around. It's close to the mall which has a gym (Maxx fitness).
