New cabin with high standards in quiet surroundings. Located at the end of a cabin field with no transit traffic, it's just as good for families as it is for the group of friends. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin throughout the year, and good parking. This is a perfect starting point for trips in Jotunheimen and the surrounding mountain areas. In winter, there is a cross country trail just behind the cabin, and you can go on an alpine ski just outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

The farm Strandheim is located 532 meters above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the very south of the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. Here you will have a pleasant and easy stay in the mountains! Short distance to nice mountain hikes and ski slopes/ski terrain, as well as hiking routes and bike trails. Gjevilvasshytta and Trekanten in Trollheimen are nearby. Toll road to the cabin (NOK 80), easy access by car all year round. Local grocery store nearby. Shops for most needs in Oppdal city center, about 10 minutes drive away. The village also has a cinema, water park, bowling alley, climbing center, curling hall and a small playground. You must clean the cabin before departure.

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Cozy apartment in Jenstad

Jenstad is the starting point for trips to Åmotan where 4 rivers meet with 3 amazing waterfalls. You live 5-10 minutes walk from the gorge where the water is thrown down and ends in a shower where the rainbow appears on sunny days. You live on the farm Jenstad with historic buildings from the 1700s where history can be read in every log both inside and outside. Please note that the room height inside the apartment is about 195 cm with a load-bearing beam that is about 170 cm between the hallway and the living room.

Velkommen til Viking-gården Sygard Listad. Her bor du på historisk grunn. Viking-kongen Olav den Hellige bodde her i 1021, for å forberede slaget mot kongen i Gudbrandsdalen. Dette skjedde under kristninga av Norge. På gården finnes den hellige brønnen "Olavskilden". Kjøreavstand til Oslo er 250 km og det samme til Trondheim. Her kan du dra på ski i Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Gålå, nasjonalparken Jotunheimen eller Rondane. Om sommer kan du se Peer Gynt, moskus-safari eller dagstur til Geiranger.

The cabin is fantastically located near Mysusæter center 910 masl and direct access to the magical Rondane National Park.
