The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre.  The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed.  It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults.  The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs.  Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Stay On The Bay, Kircubbin ⚓️

And relax….kick off your shoes and get ready for a paddle! So close to the water you could nearly run and jump in! This bright and spacious, modernised end terrace is right on Kircubbin Bay. Enjoy spectacular views of the lough and the Mourne Mountains. Just a few minutes drive from the quaint historic village of Greyabbey and Mount Stewart and less than 15 minutes drive to Portaferry where you can cross on the ferry to Strangford & Castleward. ***Optional hot tub hire available***

Bird Island Bothy

Wake with the rising sun, shrill calls of the wading birds, and waves breaking on the shore only meters away. The wild shore and vegetation provide a great habitat for birds, mammals, insects and spiders typical of the Irish coast. Wading birds can be seen feeding along the undisturbed shore. Bird Island Bothy has the feel of a sailing ship's cabin with chunky wooden beams, mock four-poster bed and plush velvet curtains. A great base from which to explore the Ards Peninsula.

Seal Bay Cottage - Large garden with Sea view.

A recently renovated 120 year old workers cottage, set off the main road with private parking and a large back garden that leads directly to the beach. On a high tide the sea can come within a metre or so from the bottom of the garden. Whilst the beach is a public space it is typically only utilized by the residents due to the limited access points along the shore. The perfect setting to enjoy life by the sea and explore the beautiful Ards Peninsula.
