Welcome to your sunny home in the beautiful Tahoe Truckee Sierras! Tahoe Donner is a fun-filled community with many activities and a Rec Center with hot tubs, sauna, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, and a full gym - a cozy, comfortable haven to relax after a day in the mountains or at the lake. Guest passes provide access to private amenities, however, some Tahoe Donner amenities charge a separate daily fee set by the HOA (for example, the Rec Center is about $30 per person/day).

Two story 1200+ sq ft home at Donner Lake sits on top of two car garage. Easy access to main roads. Two bedrooms (separated by french doors) and two FULL baths (tubs in both, 1 is a jacuzzi) Can sleep 5 if blow up Queen bed and/or couch is acceptable to guest. Please read "Other Things to Note" below regarding the Town of Truckee requiring that we collect 13.25% of the total reservation amount for Transient Occupancy Tax. The TV is 43" and has an HDMI cable for streaming.
