Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

Situated in a peaceful AONB the studio is a cosy wood clad self contained annexe providing light modern accommodation. It has a large garden on an upper terrace with spectacular far reaching views of Charmouth & Lyme perfect for alfresco dining, firepits, stargazing & watching the sunset. It's a brilliant base for nature lovers, exploring the Jurassic Coast, beach, wild swimming, fossil hunting & walking holidays or to immerse yourself in nature & escape from daily life. Dog's are welcome

The Vintage Hideaway

The vintage hideaway is a self contained annexe attached to my house. It is light and comfortable, it has a bedroom with sofa, kitchenette with small oven/grill and two hotplates ,fridge, freezer and microwave and a shower room. Access from the bedroom to a seating area on the deck ,over looking an area of outstanding natural beauty. The house is close to lovely walks and the historic town of Shaftesbury with a variety of cafes , individual shops and pubs, and of course Gold Hill.

Garden View Annexe near West Bay, Bridport.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

'Apple Tree Bank' a self contained modern unit.

After many years of enjoyably hosting in our main property, we have added this lovely holiday home. The unit caters for four persons. Babies more than welcome. COVID 19 - We have researched regulations. Altered and minimalized fixtures, so sanitization and cleaning can be maintained to a high standard, therefore protecting guests and ourselves. We are set amongst the 'Allington Hills' feels rural, but only a 10 minute walk to Bridport, or 5 minute drive to the Jurassic coast!

It is just one hundred metres from UNESCO World Heritage Site ‘The Jurassic Coast’ and it’s famous fossil beaches. Broadlands in Charmouth is an ideal base to enjoy the beach and the beautiful countryside of West Dorset. Lots of gorgeous walks along the coast either to Lyme Regis or inland along the river Char.

Little Orchard is a self-contained annex with its own private entrance and parking outside. Comprising of one double bedroom with king size bed, TV, small table and chairs, WIFI. Large bathroom with rainfall shower. Entrance lobby containing a small fridge with ice box, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and toilet roll are all provided.
