Tea/coffee making facilities & light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room (or garden). You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge. Sorry, not suitable for children or if you are without a car.

If you book we will send a reduced price option to you to accept/decline as a gesture of goodwill for any inconvenience caused****. Work is expected to be finished by the end of September so no discounts will be offered for bookings after that. Pets allowed but no cats due to allergies

Lovely self contained annexe set in the beautiful surroundings of the Jurassic coast. There is a cosy double bedroom with a king size bed (which can be set up as 2 x 2ft 6 singles), shower room and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room which has a sofa bed. The property has its own pretty courtyard garden and off road parking for one car. The annexe is part of our main house although completely self contained and therefore you may occasionally be aware of the normal sounds of family life

There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

A quiet, private space in the heart of a Dorset village, close to the Jurassic Coast. The recently-built Sika Lodge is set within the garden of a larger late Georgian property. It has a private entrance and accommodation on two floors. Durdle Door, Lulworth, Corfe Castle, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum and Dorchester are all a short drive away, and are perfect for walking, fossil-hunting, shopping and eating out. Less than 5 minutes walk to mainline train station and bus routes.

The self contained Garden Room Annex

The private Annex has it's own access via the rear garden and is connected to the house via a lockable door. The Annex is a bed sitting room with basic kitchen facilities, a shower room and outside area, all for your sole use. You can choose a Large double or 2 single beds in the room. Towels, soap and linen are provided. Teas/coffee/milk available in the room. TV, Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, fan, iron/board, plates, cutlery. There's an Airfryer available on request.
