It is located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with access to a great range of footpaths and pub a short walk away.There are a herd of friendly local deer on site that you can be introduced too, we do not allow dogs

Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford, Dorset.

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
