A colourful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits with a separate Entrance to you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Our small, newly renovated accommodation is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a very good connection, for example, by car to Bremen or Brinkum-Nord (outlets), by bike on a beautiful route through the Marsch to Bremen or by train from Kirchweyhe Bahnhof-Ost to Bremen. The place is ideal for a short stay and offers all you need to stay comfortably and pleasantly.
