There is no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. If you specify the time, the staff will come to help. It's right next to Kuromon Market. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and drugstores in the area. You can also travel to Osaka, Kobe, Kyoto, and Nara without wasting time.
