"Hotel New Hyokk" An old mixed-use building quietly standing in a corner of the city near Kobe Station. There was a space there that had been abandoned and unused for a long time. At first glance, the Kobe-based Nishimura Group, an abandoned house renovation group, felt the potential of the place that had finished its role and set its sights on it. In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. Morning coffee is amazing while watching the hustle and bustle of the city in the distance. Why not enjoy a special Kobe experience where you can enjoy an unusual time in a corner of the city?

Please read everything. It is located in the center of Namba, so it is easy to go anywhere. The price is quite cheap for Namba neighborhood. You can walk to Kuromon Market, America-mura, Shinsaibashi, Namba Parks, Namba city, Otaku Road, and Denden Town. From Nihonbashi Station, you can go to Kyoto and Nara without changing trains. There is no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. If you specify the time, the staff will come to help. **You need to climb very steep stairs, so I don't recommend this room to people who have big suitcases! This apartment is located in my hometown which is safe and convenient. The nearest subway station is Higashimikuni which is on one of major subway line in Osaka. It's easy to access lots of popular and famous places! It takes only 1 - 2 min walk from the station to the apartment. There are convenience stores, grocery stores and local restaurants nearby! Check In : 3:00pm Check Out : 10:00am

Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.
