The 245 is a comfortable apartment of 50 m2, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city centre. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with care, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2 minutes' walk away, or on the street (charges apply from 9 am to 7 pm). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within a 10-minute walk.

Guests can park nearby for free. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests in Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of a 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds. The third bed of 90 cm on the ground floor is to be booked in addition with the linen obviously provided. An electric charging point is located 50m away.
