"We had a wonderful stay in this rental, a real haven of peace. The rooms are spacious and very well illuminated, making the place even more inviting. The wifi worked perfectly, and parking was very easy to get to. The hosts were incredibly responsive and responded to all of our requests with kindness. Thank you to them for this once-in-a-lifetime experience! We recommend without hesitating.

Great place to explore Gueliz and Marrakesh. Secure building ( the security guys managing the parking even refunded me any charges for parking my hire car) Great to have supermarket below. The lift is only 2 people at a time so be aware but the building lift not very busy so works out well. Host very responsive and happy to help at all times.

Very nice, big and bright apartmen. The apartment is well insulated, so you haven't heard much despite the main road. It can also be perfectly darkened. Exciting views of traffic and the whole city. It's a little far on foot to the marketplace, especially in the hustle and bustle of traffic, but doable. We felt safe despite the homeless in the area.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. The riad is spacious, well equipped and perfectly located. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Meriem was very welcoming and attentive, we felt right at home. We highly recommend this address for a stay with peace of mind!

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

The riad is beautiful and was the perfect place to escape the heat and noise of the souks, even on a warm day (end of April) the courtyard and first-floor rooms stayed cool. It’s tucked away on a quiet side street where local kids play, which adds a lovely, peaceful vibe. Abdesalam and Aicha were super kind and helpful; from the welcome at the parking, every morning preparing breakfast for us, and on our last day, On our last day, Abdesalam even walked us to our taxi at 6 AM, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

The Riad was close (5 min walk) to all the souks and the main square, yet it was quiet and totally serene. Abdel was very helpful with local recommendations and even offered to get some medicine when my wife had a stomach ache. Rachida made breakfast for us each morning and cleaned around the Riad. She was great and breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend this Riad!!

Your welcome , the activities and restaurants you have organized for us yourself have charmed us. You are a host who takes care of the guests. Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

Together with 4 friends, we had a perfect stay. The Riad is gorgeous - beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable. Aicha is lovely and the home-cooked meals were a treat. Absolutely recommend!

Located inside a private estate the accommodation was very comfortable with access to the pool from the terrace the parking space in front of the residence and the proximity to the medina the accommodation was perfect. To be repeated without hesitation.

We had a great time in this apartment in a great location. The decor is elegant, worthy of a beautiful hotel, and everything is perfectly furnished with taste. The place was sparkling clean, very pleasant to stay in. Its immediate proximity to the train station is a real plus for travelers by train, and the Gueliz district is easily reachable by foot. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and convenient stay in Marrakech.

This apartment is truly a piece of art. With its three beautiful suites, stunning decor, and carefully chosen furniture, it made us want to spend the entire trip indoors! The highlight for us was the amazing, fully equipped terrace—we spent most of our time there enjoying the ambiance. Being right in the city center was a game changer, especially during the busy Gitex Africa week. We didn’t need to use our car at all, as everything we needed was just a short walk away. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience!
