This charming suite is on the 3rd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

De gastenkamer met privé-badkamer grenst aan het huis van de eigenaars, maar heeft een eigen ingang met privé-terras en volledig ingerichte eigen buitenkeuken. Het terrein ligt midden in de natuur, tussen velden en bossen op 500 m van het dorp. Vanop het terras heb je zicht op de bergen van de Serra do Alvão. Rust en stilte gegarandeerd!

Vila Cancelos Douro suites nestles at the foot of the Serra da Boneca. This schist building houses have just two independent suites, without internal connection. Its charming decoration is invaded by the peaceful landscape of the Douro River that enters in such a way that it seems to be part of it.
