At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful 19th century building, inhabited by the owners. It has a central location for easy and pleasant travel to visit the area (D-Day landing beaches in particular). Comfortable and peaceful, shops and aquatic center nearby (< 1 km).

Welcome to the Casita! Charming individual cottage, quiet, recently renovated and with a pleasant sunny garden. Walking shopping street, aquatic area, cinema, supermarket etc... Luc-sur-Mer beach 5 min by car or bike accessible by bike. Close to Caen (15 min) and landing beaches. Small one-way street, not very busy, with free parking in front of the house.
