The Strandheim farm is located 532 m above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the southern part of the mountain village of Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. Elva Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås. You have the staff all to yourselves. We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the edge of the courtyard in the courtyard is a single-family home from 1979. The house is family friendly and has great views. It has 5 bedrooms and its own common room. With nature reserves and national parks all around us, it is a good starting point to spend your holiday here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a seter valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and wildlife. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycle route.

Log cabin -56 m2 with central heating and wood stove, located in a peaceful place with 3 other cabins. Short distance to parking. We charge for bed linen,NOK 125 per person, including towels. If you have a sleeping bag, we want you to rent sheets and pillowcases,NOK 60 per person. Let us know when booking the cabin and we will take care of it. A stone's throw to Gudbrandsdalslågen, crystal clear water and good trout river. Short distance to forest and mountains. 6 national parks nearby. Welcome!

Mountain cabin next to Rondane National Park

Simple and charming mountain cabin located at the tree line, 1000 meters above sea level. It is only one kilometer from the national park, and it is five kilometers to walk to the Peer Gynt cabin. The cabin has neither running water nor electricity, but it has solar power, which is generally sufficient for charging phones and using lamps. Water is fetched from the stream behind the cabin. There is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding next to the cabin. The cabin is heated with firewood.

Mariplass seter

Mariplass seter er en perle som ligger på Dovrefjell. Det er en koselig seter med fem sengeplasser. I stua er det en vedovn som varmer godt. Kjøkkenet består av en koketopp som går på gass, med plass til tre kjeler. Vann kan man finne til høyre for utedoen. Der finnes også nedbygd «kjøleskap». Området består av et rikt dyreliv, og dersom man er heldig kan man kan få øye på blant annet villrein, rype, hare og moskus.

Renovated kufjøs from the 1800s. Fjøset is part of a small tuna and is nicely located with a short distance to many national parks.
