Peaceful and quiet place, comfortable studio i highly recommend !! , the host was very responsive and friendly , everything went well .

The quietest, most comfortable place we stayed in all of Egypt! Great beds and couches. No street noise or roosters crowing thru the night. Endless Hot Water and Wifi. Just a couple minutes walk to a grocery, pharmacy and ATM. Highly suggest this location for visiting GEM, Pyramids, and even the Mall of Egypt is nearby with fun things to do on a down day

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

Nice place and stunning balcony. The building is nice and the neighbors are quiet. The place wasn’t that clean but the host was very responsive to feedback and he will hire a different cleaning person from now. And he even brought a microwave when I asked! Great full service place. My only tip is that if you are a light sleeper, this place isn’t good for you. There’s a lot of construction outside and it shakes the whole apartment and makes a lot of noise. It’s not in the host’s control and hopefully will be done soon.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

An absolute gem! This place surpassed my expectations in every way (and I'm quite demanding...). Superb location, well-equipped, modern, cozy and clean. Easily felt like home for a few days. Communication was seamless. Very grateful to Ahmed and Nouran's for their great hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay!

We really loved the apartment and the street where it's located. We were there for 6 nights with two small kids and everything was perfectly suitable for our family, the beds were very comfortable and the space super clean. The apartment is quite spacious and quite, there's no noise from the busy outside and we could really take good rest there. The Zamalek neighbourhood is nice for walks and has nice shops and bars to explore. Thank you Seif and Mohamed for being so responsive and quick!

Our stay was amazing thanks to our wonderful host Malak. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kept checking in to make sure everything was perfect—even after we had checked in. She went above and beyond, even installing something my father requested. The house was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. It had a beautiful garden and plenty of indoor and outdoor space for our whole family. Her kindness, generosity, and attention to detail made this one of our best Airbnb experiences. We’d love to stay with Malak again! Thank you Malak for your warmth, respectfulness, and genuine care left a lasting impression on us.

I recommend it to those who want to stay in the center of Cairo because it is centrally located. We reached everywhere quickly and did not feel any discomfort during the stay. It was clean and convenient. Grocery and grocery store were easy to get to. The first address I would recommend to my friends who are going to Egypt to stay. Since there are places we can't visit on our Egyptian trip, I plan to stay when I go again.

The apartment exceeded expectations from the cleanness of the rest of the psyche in it and everything you need and the same descriptions feel at home and the services of Mr. Moataz All Choi sends and asks I mean, let you be embarrassed by his morality. An unreal experience with a very responsive host. Wanted a 5star accommodation and that’s what I received. Would highly recommend and thank the host for the great 10 days spent.

Second time I booked with Ahmed and again it did not dissapoint. The house was in perfect state and my staying was very easy and comfortable. I would book again any time I go to Cairo. I spent 29 days at this great place, just renovated. Very clean, the furniture quality is good, everything there as described and better. The owner (Amenah) is so helpful, cooperative, and friendly. During our stay, she didn’t hesitate to help in anything and followed with us to the end. For sure will not be the last time for us to deal with her and wish her all the best.

Spacious apartment in a good location. We had some issues with the Wifi but Amira was responsive and rectified it. We also appreciated her for calling an ambulance when a member of my family became very ill.
