The Brannen-Devine Carriage House

This studio is super unique and fun with a great, central location. It was once the carriage house for the Brannen-Devine home located just North on the same property. It was converted into a studio in the 1970's and was recently renovated in 2022 with all the modern amenities one might need while traveling. It is also 1 block away from Wheeler Park (where they host wonderful festivals & summer farmer’s markets). The FUTS (Flagstaff Unified Trail System) is also 1 minute away for runners! This is a really more of a 3 room home! Two are proper bedrooms with Queen beds and the third is the large living room with a door for total privacy, with twin bed.

Originally a Shack "Mexican Homestead" for the Juarez Family that moved to Flagstaff in 1911 to work at the Saw Mill and build Railroad Tries for the booming railroad industry. Please note that you DO have to climb all 79 steps and cross a foot bridge over Pumphouse Wash.
