Downtown entertainment includes wine walks every other Saturday and the Downtown Farmers Market.

The Sparks Marina is a few minutes drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and 2 Casino's right out your back door. It has 2 bedrooms, with 3 beds that have memory foam mattress toppers, the second bedroom has an additional door going outside. Our kitchen has all the modern conveniences with tea and coffee. The living area has WIFI, a 52" smart TV, a Kenwood sound system, cozy furnishings. The charming grounds have glorious gardens and seating to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The house is in the heart of the Old Southwest (Newlands) area of Reno, close to California Street, the airport, Nevada Art Museum, the Truckee River, and nightlife. A delightful, tree lined street, in the very walkable and friendly " original Reno" neighborhood. A deck off the dining room - on the sunny southside, .....distinctive furniture and ..wifi internet download speed of 400 MB! The internet service is always on and cannot be turned off by guests.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.

On-suite master bath (shower is small) with another full bathroom. Large private patio and lawn area. Also private, paved parking area. Entire area has security lighting. Wheelchair access into house. NO "VISITORS " ALLOWED. Two pets are allowed at $50 each.
