Apartment holiday rentals in Downtown, Tulsa

Nice, centrally located apartment. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go around Tulsa was within a few minutes away.

Second time staying with them. Great place when you need to stumble back from Kilkenny.

This place is perfect! Quiet area great place to get away and relax. Would absolutely stay here again.

Covered parking was a plus and a welcome basket was sweet. Very close to TU.

I stayed for a month and this condo was just what I needed. The area was quiet, it was not hard to find or access the condo, Elian gave perfect instructions. I had a couple of issues with the condo, but Elian was always quick to respond and worked to make sure I was comfortable. The condo could have used a few more items in the kitchen like, pots, pans, measuring cups or spoons, but I got what I needed for my stay. All in all I would recommend this location.

Ponderosa in the Woods is an awesome place to spend a few days, whether spending some time away from town, visiting people, or looking for quietness. You have everything you need, and it's only a few minutes to get into the Tulsa area if you want or need to. Just watch out for deer everywhere!

Sherri was quick and responsive. Got there with no real issues.... Bit of a rougher neighborhood but didn't run into any problems... Mostly just noise at night. Sherri respected our privacy well, and when we did end up meeting her briefly she was polite, friendly, and quick to try and help us feel at home. The little snacks and water were appreciated when we arrived.

Melody's place was lovely, parking was easy and right next door. The building was easy to get into, and very quiet. Location was great, walkable to restaurants, and breweries. We can't wait to get back to Tulsa, and would book Melody's place again!

Fernando was a responsive and proactive host! I appreciated the cleanliness, amenities and the overall comfort of the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the place nice and cool. Lots of restaurants under a mile away. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! Very cozy, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Despite being in a busy street with lots of great bars and restaurants, the place is super quiet at night so I had wonderful sleeps. The gym is on the same floor so it’s just a few steps away. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Booked the apartment for an employee working out of town and he had nothing but positive things to say about this place. He was comfortable and felt like home. Will be booking again when working back in Tulsa.

The place was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for the dogs, and a nice little yard for their potty breaks. I appreciated that there were no clean up requirements, as I had my hands full with the dogs.

Only problem was a few times they had to reset the code for the door but that was more on Airbnb than the owners. Other than that it was a great stay at a good location in the city.
