The story of Maison Achard & Fils is first and foremost a family story, in Chamaret, in the Drôme Provençale. In the middle of 1 ha of oaks, the owner built this dry stone property entirely, after drawing up his plans. It's a lifetime project, a project that started 20 years ago. In 2023, we are writing a new chapter in the history of our farmhouse, with the opening of a 45 m2 annex, Suite No. 1, intended to accommodate a couple while ensuring excellence and tranquility, surrounded by nature.

Overlooking vineyards and a beautifully landscaped garden, this fully restored and air-conditioned former small mill is composed of: - On the ground floor: entrance to living room, open kitchen, back kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom - On the 1st: a second bedroom and a second bathroom. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
