Large and bright holiday home for 10 people on two levels (270m2) in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône vineyards, in a quiet area with breathtaking views and combining old world charm with contemporary design. An excellent starting point to visit Provence, from Avignon to Aix-en-Provence, passing by the Mont-Ventoux which can be admired from the house. La Remise, my grandfather used to store his tractor there. Completely renovated, it has become a 90 m2 detached house with a 110 m2 fenced garden, mini pool & garage. A spacious living room, equipped kitchen, living room & mezzanine with 2 single beds. Bedroom 1: Queen size bed + balcony with table & chairs. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bathroom & separate toilet. Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
