The house is situated on a lovely natural plot with a wild garden, where you can enjoy the sun, the birdsong and plenty of privacy. Here, there is plenty of space for relaxation, play and long summer evenings.

Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You live separately with a patio in the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is a bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge, freezer and pantry as a start. It has been newly renovated, respecting the house's 170-year history, and includes a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fell down.

Inside, the decor is spread over 55 sqm and here you can expect a newer kitchen from 2021, bathroom from 2024 and a cozy living room. There are 2 identical bedrooms, both of which have a double bed (160cm). Outside, you can enjoy the day on the 85 sqm wooden terrace, which was built in 2024.
