U heeft een bijzonder vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, bossen en erg veel privacy. U heeft de mogelijkheid om in alle rust buiten in het zitje te genieten. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
