Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Dubrovačko Primorje

A short 5 minute drive from the town of Ston. Great two bedroom apartment on the top level. Had a great setup in the kitchen with everything plus more that you could need. Host was extremely friendly who gave us a hand with our bags both in and out. Great value for money and would recommend. Only little thing was AC was just in the kitchen. They supplied fans as well that we’re fine to use. Thanks 😁

Stunning and peaceful place and area, very friendly and informative host But, if booking go direct to the establishment as the person offering on this site is an agency, and going direct will give you a better deal.

Very welcoming hosts with lots of tips for activities and tours. Quiet room in a rural location and close to a sandy beach, accessible by car via a dirt road with few people because the road is private. to see the sunset over the sea and the islands. Dubrovnik is only an hour away. I recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotless, and the views were absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent hospitality.

Amazing place, very peaceful. Nice view and outstanding swimming in local beach. Baldo and his family were extremely kind and easy to communicate. Always helpful with advice and ready to support. A++ location Restaurants in Slano ~7minutes drive.

A very good location.

We spent amazing holidays at Villa Olga. House maybe is not a newest one and might need some renovations here and there, but it offers full range of services. Amazing pool, play room for children, outddoor playground and many many more. It's located in very quiet town of Broce, with Ston in walking distance where you can find many restaurants and shops. However, the biggest plus are the owners: Niko and Milo. They make you feel like you are visiting family, they are very heplfull and communicative. Once again thank you for everything and hopefully see you again in the future!

Without a doubt Miranda and Anton are the best Airbnb hosts we have ever met. They are welcoming and friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and restuarants to eat at that we would never have thought of. The Villa is traditionally Croatian and has many interesting features. Everything is spotlessly clean and there is everything you need in the kitchen. It is older but that adds to the charm. A car is essential as there are no areas to go walking but the sea at the front door more than makes up for it. Steps down to the rocky shoreline enables you to snorkel swim, kayak, paddleboard or just relax on a lounger. We had an amazing holiday thanks to our wonderful hosts. There is something about this Villa that draws you back....I hope we can return some day.

The house is very functional. The view of the mountains is absolutely superb and the area is very relaxing. We took advantage of the swimming pool. The house is located in the mountains, so it's a bit far from everything. Nikša is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.

It was one of the most authentic places in croatia we have been to, very private and direct at the water. The hosts are super friendly, we feel taken care of, welcomed and home.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Ines. Exactly how it was pictured and in a perfect location! Lots of steps but all part of the experience. Dubrovnik is a stunning place! You must do the town walls if you visit!

This apartment is in a great location in the heart of Lapad. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were very friendly, even allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which was a nice touch. Very close to a supermarket, really convenient, and it’s only a short five-minute walk to a lively street full of restaurants and bars. About a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and also a bus station right in front that brings you to old town - which was perfect for us. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet as it’s located on a side street. Although some previous reviews mentioned children, we barely noticed them during our stay. For location, quietness and host, I’d give this apartment a solid 10/10. I’d definitely stay here again when in Dubrovnik.

Alberto is a wonderful host, so warm, energetic and welcome, we felt like come back home. What a surprise with welcome fruits plate from the fruits from his garden. Next to the old city, but don't need the pay the high price by staying inside the old city and avoid all the tourists noises. Alberto's garden is so beautiful and truely an urban oasis. Thank you so much! ps: Uber to and from airport is only 25 euros or less, very convenient

Great place for the price. Location was excellent. Maris was very helpful, responsive and informative! As one review pointed out there is a LOT of uphill steps to get from the old city to the apartment, so enjoy the free workout every time you head back to the apartment 😉 Definitely not accessible for people with mobility issues, but to be honest that goes for Dubrovnik in general.

Beautiful, comfortable and modern apartment perfect for both long and short term stays. we stayed a month at this lovely apartment and enjoyed it very much! Elisa and marina are both the friendliest and most welcoming hosts! they were responsive, thoughtful - providing every lil thing we needed in our airbnb for our stay to be so comfortable and memorable. Elisa also shares the best local recommendations that we enjoy very much! the apartment is well located, a scenic walk to the old town, with bus stop right in front to get us anywhere. Great supermarket just around the corner. apartment tastefully decorated & equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine - really everything we need. highly recommended :)
