Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Dubrovnik

Can really recommend this place!

Great experience. Worth the climb for that spectacular view. Love the country cottage feel to the place and my family had fun during our stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

We recommend staying at Miho's place. The accommodation is true to the photos, the bedding was exceptional, we slept very well and the view was breathtaking. We feel really good there, and a great smell when entering the apartment, everything was fine, we will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Croatia. On the other hand, we might have appreciated a faster feedback from our host via the app, before our arrival as to the questions asked regarding the handover of keys and information. It was Miho's dad who welcomed us, the communication was not easy because he didn't speak English but he was adorable, we made it, and he was very kind! The entrance to the accommodation is not obvious, it is a bit narrow the climb.

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

We had a great stay in Zaton! Vicko's sense of hospitality and generosity are hard to beat - he is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had! To top it off, the surroundings are breathtaking. It was nice to be close to Dubrovnik while staying in a much more quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at Vicko's place :)

Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

We stayed at the house for 2 nights. The place is very spacious and well kitted out with tv, kitchen appliances, towels, beds, etc. very comfortable. The location is also quite nice as we have a supermarket within 2 mins walk and restaurants, bars within 5 min walk. Taxi to old town was approx 5.5 EUR, so also very convenient. Bus stop is also nearby. The host was also responsive and allowed us to check out a bit later. Overall great place and recommend this.

Great apartment with breathtaking view, has everything you might need and it’s in a walking distance to Old Town. I’ll definitely come back.

Oh where do we start with why an amazing host Mara and his sister are! They are gems of Dubrovnik - right from checking us in at 1am due to our flight timing to accommodating every request we made by going out of their way, to ultimately saving our holiday when we left a baby carrier at their apartment and making sure we got it another town away. Thank you Mara and family - you guys are our Dubrovnik hero’s! Not to mention a lovely clean homely apartment right by old town. An 11/10 Airbnb ♥️

The apartment is clean and cozy. It has a nice balcony that overlook the sea view. The host is very responsive to our need. She has also helped to provide good recommendations to great places to eat. The location is good; take about 30 minute walk to old town. Only that walking to the old town is downhill and hence walking back can be challenging. For those renting car to drive, this apartment is great as it has a private garage for the car.

There was great communication with Vedran, he arranged for us a taxi from the airport with a car seat for a year old, so we had no worries. the place was tidy and ready for us to arrive. We really appreciated the possibility of sitting on the terrace overlooking the garden. After we checked out, we were very grateful to Vedran because he discovered a forgotten ID that we could not leave without. Perfect for families with children

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

Beautiful house in arguably the best location on the harbour in Šipanska Luka. Great accommodation with fantastic quality bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and wonderful views from the balcony. The village is gorgeous, very relaxed and authentic with lovely beaches and restaurants. We hope to be back one day!

Very nice house with a world class view over the ocean and islands. Air condition in the bed rooms was great this warm week.

We had a awesome time!

We had a lovley time in villa schola . Our family loved the pool area ..the weather wasn't the best so we only used the pool on a few days . We used the outside eating area for breakfast most mornings and cooked on the BBQ for dinner on one night .

BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATE Property Group of 7 ladies wanted a special place to share and this property did not disappoint!!!!! If in doubt just book it !

The house is exactly as described with a great location less than 30 mins from Dubrovnik and with views of the sea and islands. Everything was very clean and comfortable, with three good bedrooms (one double, one twin and the master suite) and two en-suite bathrooms and a family bathroom. There was lots of space inside and several different sitting areas outside. Very suitable for a family or even for 3 couples. There is a 10 min walk down to the pretty harbour of Trseno where it easy to swim from the rocks with access to the sea via ladders, and a 5 minute drive to a lovely beach with beach bar, loos, lounger hire and kayaks.

We were a group of friends visiting Dubrovnik for the half marathon. Pero arranged airport transfers for us and responded to questions very quickly. Rafaela was at the villa to greet us and show us around. They had left wine, water, beer and fruit juice in the fridge, a rose liqueur and coffee. The villa was very spacious and spotlessly clean with other small touches in the rooms that were really appreciated by us. Rafaela kept in touch during our stay and both Pero and Rafaela were perfect hosts. We loved our stay at Pero and Rafaela’s villa and would return if we came to Dubrovnik again. Thank you.
