Facing the ilets of Le François, this wooden Creole cottage is ideal for a family with 2 children. You'll find the peace and quiet of the countryside here, with the added bonus of an incredible view of the sea. The sunrises are magnificent! You'll be able to make the most of the swimming pool, which we'll be delighted to share with you. Its central location gives you easy access to the whole of Martinique. 4 restaurants, a bakery, fishermen and a local grocery shop are just 5 minutes away.

Beautiful Creole villa with pool

Our villa is located in Lamentin, a municipality in the center of Martinique. It is therefore the perfect base for visiting the island; both in the south (beautiful beaches) and in the north (nature and hiking). An 8 m × 4.5 m swimming pool was built in September 2019. A small carbet with an outdoor bed of 180 × 200 will allow you to rest during the day. For professionals and connection addicts, the house is fiber optic with ultra high speed (about 2 Gbps per cable).
