Auf vier Etagen entstand ein top saniertes Domizil, in das alte Elemente des Wasserturms stilvoll integriert wurden. A reserved parking space and a lockable bicycle garage are included. The apartment is very comfortably equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Smart TVs are available in the living room and in each of the 3 bedrooms. We are happy to provide a highchair, baby crib and handcart free of charge.

The nice cozy apartment is located opposite the Wernerwald. Through the Wernerwald goes a very nice hiking trail to the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable furnished. Linen and towels are included. The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, shower room and hallway. The garden can also be used. Important is house number 81!!!! Not as indicated 80!

The apartment "Oberdeck" is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with only 8 single-family houses. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has a large terrace with seating and a lounger, a spacious entrance area with a sofa bed, a living and dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen (no freezer), as well as a small work area. Upstairs is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed.
