I've had quite a few guests who are Airbnb veterans but never booked a shared space before. (The guest room is private; the rest of the loft is shared.) None of them have ever been disappointed. I live alone and the guest room and my bedroom are at opposite ends of an enormous space so there's a real feeling of privacy. You're also not going to have the all too common experience of finding the place a mess when you arrive or discovering that it looks nothing like the pictures.

EVERYONE'S WELCOME! This is not a 5-star hotel, but it's a lovely, unique, and spacious 2-bedroom apartment filled with daylight. It has a large living room and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space, small workstations, good energy, plants, and light. There are no places like this in the area! Additionally, there's a big table with 6 chairs in the living room, a kitchen, a comfy couch, a projector, and everything else you may need to feel good!

Note: This is shared space (unit 3F) and I will be in residence during your stay. We are steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, and are are conveniently close to the F, A, 2/3 trains and NYC Ferry. Fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops abound. The loft is spacious and airy, clean and full of art and good vibes. You will feel at home here as you enjoy location, location, location.
