Victorian 2 bedroom Garden apartment

Newly refurbished garden level apartment in a beautiful 1880's period townhouse on Adelaide Street. Excellent location in central Dun Laoghaire. 2 Minute walk from seafront, Peoples Park and Dun L Pier. Short walk to local hotspots such as Glasthule, Sandycove beach and the 40 Foot. Equi-distant 5 min walk to both Dun L and Glasthule dart stations. Surrounded by lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The space has a brass double bed and bunks, we live above so here for any recommendations!

Garden guesthouse - amazing location on the coast!

Lovely private guesthouse at the back of our garden. Features a king size bed, ensuite and small kitchen area with fridge & coffee machine. The location is fantastic - it's a 10 min walk to catch the train into Dublin City. We’re walking distance to Dun Laoghaire waterfront, Sandycove Beach and the iconic 40-Foot swimming spot. Killiney Hill Park and the gorgeous villages of Dalkey, Sandycove and Glasthule are also on our doorstep with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to choose from.

South facing, 2 bedroom penthouse in Monkstown/Dun Laoghaire with terrace and amazing sea views. High spec kitchen with 8 seater dining table and bar. Stylish couch/tv area. Spacious master bedroom with Italian tiled en suite. Guest bedroom, kingbed, bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Very secure and optimum privacy. Parking space included. 5 minute walk from the Dart (city centre train). Fabulous restaurants in both villages, only 3-5 minute walk. Piers and beach side for walking and swimming.

The property is a newly refurbished 200 year old cottage which retains many of the original features including granite lintels and fire places. There are two double bedrooms (both beds are standard doubles - 135cm x 190cm), an open plan living area, wooden floors, and a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. Guests can explore the city during the day and retreat to and relax in a quiet home at the end of the day.
