We had the most wonderful stay at the crab shack! As a family of seven, it can sometimes be tricky to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this home exceeded our expectations in every way. The house itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and style — there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. What truly made the stay special was the peaceful setting. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having the beach just steps away felt like a dream. It was the perfect place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy some quality time together without any distractions. The views were breathtaking, and the fresh sea air was a treat. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning our return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene escape by the sea :-)

Absolutely loved our stay in glorious Findhorn. Location and quality of accommodation first class as was the weather. It was all made better by the excellent local amenities - The Bakehouse & The Kimberley Pub!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so relaxing with beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very responsive and sent recommendations before our arrival of stuff to do. We loved the board games that were available! Was even better we could take our pup with us too! We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Crovie is our favourite place and Smugglers cottage is a perfect place to stay. Full of luxury and comfort with everything you need. Our visit was only brief but we felt immediately restful and savoured every minute. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage. We hope that we can return again soon.

The location was great, very modern interior and easy to get around. Although a little dusty but all is made up with the amazing vibes and atmosphere! Sam (The host) was super responsive and helpful as well! Appreciate the responsiveness and the flexibility of his.

35 Findhorn is a great find in a beautiful location and the property is immaculate throughout. It has a real luxury feel to it and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the small, front garden enjoying the sunshine. Thoroughly recommended.

such a lovely place to stay. we felt at home in this cosy cottage. thanks for having us. we appreciated the attention to details: all the necessary basics in food cupboard for cooking an proper meal, well equipped kitchen with all necessary pots and devices. the same attention in every room, from USB charger to dvd for all ages to a meticulously attended garden. 2 steps from the shore, golf, or great restaurant. could not ask for more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Charlotte’s house, especially its position so close above the river. Perfect for a multi-generational family gathering; the surroundings are beautiful and the house very spacious. Unfortunately the open fire in the sitting room smoked quite badly making it difficult to spend time in there, even a few days afterwards. The log burner worked well. I would recommend this farmhouse.

Kim has made inspired used of small space. She has thought about what guesthouse would like and need and provided everything. We had great walks in snow by the Haughs and beyond. Good places to eat & shops nearby. We'll done, Turra!
