Billie’s house is a beautiful place that is named in memory of my mother. Clean, cozy home just minutes away from historic downtown Duncan. Quiet neighborhood. Huge backyard that is perfect for dogs! Includes DirectTv, WiFi, washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfortable queen beds, a place for the kids, and everything else we could think of to make help make your stay perfect! *the garage and the garage apartment is an additional $75 per night. Mention in inquiry.

Detached garage apartment on the back of our family home, the historic 1916 Brittain-Garvin House. The main house is on the National Registry of Historic Homes listed as a schoolhouse style home. It’s a quiet area with parking inside gates. 47 mi from Wichita Mountains & approx 2 mi from Halliburton and Duncan Regional Hospital. Bring a book and enjoy the old greenhouse made into a lounge area! We have 3 dogs that are mostly indoor except for potty breaks. 1 Queen bed, a futon, and 1 full bath.

Exceptionally clean, quiet ,elegantly furnished and well- appointed three bedroom home. Very functional floor-plan/living space that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Large backyard with covered patio/fire pit perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Nestled in the heart of the city of Duncan with access to all of the cities amenities within minutes of walking or driving. Neighborhood backs right up to golf course which is within just a couple of minutes from this location.

There was plenty of room to spread out and the sleeping accommodations allow for everyone to have their own space. The backyard is amazing and the firepit is great. The decor is modern mixed with classic and has some nice touches. Joe was accommodating to our requests and responded quickly. I will definitely want to stay with him when we come back to visit our family again.”
