Shekinah Hermitage: Peace at the Forest’s Edge

Shekinah Hermitage is at 8000ft. overlooking the Cibola N. F. This unique cabin looks into a canyon to the north, and eastward over the San Agustin Plains. Surrounded by juniper and pinion trees, it is very remote. Windows all around give the feel of being outdoors but the solid structure is immovable in high winds. Inside is all you need including limited solar-battery 120V electricity. There is an attached bathroom with a sawdust composting toilet. Outside a high deck offers stunning views.

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.
