Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Det är nära till träningshall med klättring, paddel, golf och gym. Åre ligger ca 9 km bort med stort cykelutbud. Åre golfbana ca 5 km. Bra fiske i älven, även badmöjligheter. Tågstation ca 10 minuters promenad. Ta med eget sänglinne/handdukar. Dubbelsäng finns inte, bredaste sängen är 120 cm. Hundbädd finns. Gästerna städar själva.
