When you need to get back to your roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about property boundaries and may well visit! In Brunkulla II, you live both primitively and comfortably - you fetch water in the basin, you get hot water by heating on the stove - you yourself get warm by carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really warm, you can take a wood-fired sauna with a portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

If you visit us in the summer, there are several hiking trails and fishing opportunities nearby. Duveds Restauranger is just a 5-10 minute walk away.
