Smoking friendly holiday rentals in East Jakarta City

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Mba Widad’s place is amazing! It’s clean, so comfortable, easy to find foods, lots of stores downstairs (because it has a shopping mall!) and so easy to communicate with her!! Really recommend!

Tempatnya nyamann feels like homee!! The host was also very helpful and quick respond. Kalau malam banyak yg jual makanan so easyy to find some food!!

The place is in strategic location and accessible to lots of places. near tebet eco park if you like to jog around and plenty street foods and restaurants around and convenience store right in the ground level. It is close to many public transport (brt, lrt, and krl), so exploring the rest of Jakarta should be easy. Another thing that stands out is that the property is not in a quiet place. It is located next to a major road and highway, so you will hear traffic noise, even in the night (well, Jakarta never sleeps). If you are a heavy sleeper (like me) and can use the traffic as "white noise", then this place should be a good deal!

Tampak ruangan sesuai dgn foto. Semua fasilitas berfungsi dgn baik. Pemandangan bagus. Amenities menggunakan produk yg baik, hanya kurang sika gigi. Very enjoy the place, will go back. Thank you!

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.
