WELCOME to our newly renovated and modern guest house of 110 sqm, with colors on the walls, painted with environmentally and allergy-friendly paint. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

A few steps from beautiful cafes and restaurants on Jægergårdsgade, the food market on Ingerslev, within walking distance of Strøget and Åen, close to water and forest. The location of the home at Bassin 7 means that during your stay you are close to the harbor swimming pool, cafes, restaurants, shopping, etc. Take a walk along the promenade, take the fishing rod out on the pier, take a dip in the harbor pool, see the view from the Lighthouse (142 m) or eat at one of the many new restaurants and cafes in the nearby area. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk through the Botanical Garden to Den Gamle By (The Old Town) and the Greenhouses, and 25 minutes on foot to the city center. It’s also close to Aarhus University and several grocery stores. Nearby buses will take you to the city center, the forest, or the beach.
