Family-friendly holiday rentals in East Kootenay

We loved this place! The hot tub was so clean and easy to access, with full change rooms and even a little playground for our kid. Super spacious loft apartment. If you need essentials like oil, cooking spray, coffee, etc., best to bring your own - there's a bit of this and a bit of that, but we were fine with it. Would love to stay again with a larger group.

Great place for our family of four. The ski hill was very accessible. The hot tub and pool were great to use. There were always available parking spots. Would happily stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Heather and Darren Airbnb!! It was the perfect little getaway! Very relaxing! Views were absolutely BEAUTIFUL !! Fully stocked kitchen! Very clean! We will definatly be rebooking in the future! 😊

Bernie's place is clean and cozy. We found everything we needed for our stay. Downtown is a 20 minute walk away and there are great restaurants closer. Underground parking was a perk to thaw the vehicle out! I think the only thing missing was a couple of robes. The hot tubs are a bit of a hike and I was wishing I had known to bring a robe. Would be a great addition to the listing info. Also, I had seen on another review, the bedroom area does have a scent to it. We turned on the ceiling fan and the Dyson fan and didn't smell it once they were on.

Great place for our ski trip. Had everything we needed and we loved the peaceful backyard for an evening hot tub! Carol was friendly and responsive. Would visit again!

Our family loved this gem! Great location, beautiful home. Eunjoo’s space is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Kids loved the pool and the private hot tub, with perfect mountain views. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This accommodation is beautiful, spacious, and with great views of the Three Sisters. Massive kitchen with quality appliances. Beautiful and spacious bathrooms. We loved the hot tub on the deck and the indoor pool / amenities. There was construction happening in all hallways onsite (ie: carpets gone and workers doing renovations throughout the daytime hours). A couple of times, they entered our Unit to do work on the doorway. Something to be mindful of if you are looking to book in this building in the coming months. Overall, the workers were very friendly and efficient. We hadn’t been notified of the repairs happening onsite prior to arrival. The parkade also had cleaning happening for the one day we had stayed; requiring us to move our vehicle for the day. Overall, the accommodation was as listed and met all expectations. Jane/Jessica were very responsive and clear on instructions. Jane allowed us to have an earlier check in on the day of arrival which was very much appreciated!!

This place was AMAZING!! The host was wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the local made Rocky Mountain soap was a nice touch!

We had a fantastic time at Gerard and Caio’s place. The barn is absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations in comfort. The hosts were fantastic, incredibly responsive, and extremely generous. We look forward to coming back!

We deliberately chose a farm type environment that had horses to give our 9 year old daughters a different kind of experience. We were extremely pleasantly surprised by Laurel's equine program. Laurel went out of her way to show us around the farm, enlightened us with the very good work she is doing with her Equine Assisted Learning (ELA) program for local schools. We took part in a one hour session the next day and the girls loved it! Highly recommended as an essential stepping stone towards horse back riding! When I mentioned to Laurel that she has been modest in advertsing what she is doing, she said she prefers to undersell and overdeliver - and she sure did! What really impressed me was that she is running an excellent airbnb experience to help fund the EAL program to support kids who need support for a variety of reasons. The lodges are professionally decorated (vintage style) and are simply wonderful to stay in! So peaceful and so beautiful! A lovely host - we will be back!

This AirBnB was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was homey and perfect for the 4 of us. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub. And a very friendly dog, Wallie. We were entertained daily by the rooster and hens. If looking for a place just off the beaten track with lots of amenities not that far away, this is the place. We would definitely go back if ever in the area again. Thanks Rhonda for being such a great host.

We loved our long stay here! It felt like a home from home and the pool and hot tub were such a lovely addition. Nicole was so attentive and helpful. Great location to walk into town and easy quick access to trails. Would have happily stayed longer and highly recommend.

We had a great stay! After our hotel booking fell through at the last minute, we were relieved to find George’s place available. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family, including the children. We’re more than happy we found this stay—it turned our stressful situation into a pleasant experience. My family and I just had a very lovely stay at Tanjou and Robb’s. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had every thing we could need for cooking meals. They even had a coffee grinder for our beans and a popcorn maker. The living room was super cozy with room for the three of us to snuggle up as a family and enjoy a movie night. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hitting the slopes. Clean and a really great size. It sits on the balcony and looks over the forest. So relaxing. There are two spacious bedrooms. The master has its own ensuite too. The beds were very comfortable. We could walk up to the Elk Chair and it was quick ski right down to the parking lot of the condo complex at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our mountain getaway and will definitely come back to stay here!

Stayed at Jeans place for our annual getaway with friends and this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was as described and having king beds in each room made for an easy coin toss. We also had the added bonus of sleeping in brand new mattresses. We’ll be looking to stay at Jeans again next fall.

Shaheen was great sending instructions one day ahead so we knew exactly how to check-in and what to expect. great location was nice to be able to use pool and sauna after long hike.

Sean's condo was perfect for our sister's weekend away! The amenities were great, the condo was beautiful and clean, just as the photos described. we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for a single person or couple. Great location and very close to the mountain. Comes equipped with all the amenities one would need for your stay. Highly recommend this one bedroom condo.

Great place to stay, the apartment is just as listed, it's squeaky clean and has everything you need for a lovely stay . Communication with the host was quick, they are very responsive. Make sure to read all instructions prior to check-in, I missed a thing or two but, the hosts were very responsive and nice. Would definitely stay here again!
