We chose it for the second time. We felt like we were at home. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and great and very caring host. I'd prefer it again.

From the very first moment we knew how friendly and kind the hosts were. They greeted us with a smile and gave us information about the area. The house was spotless and with all the basic amenities for a couple.

Everything was beyond expectations. The place is very cozy and the couple who gave us the access is very pleasant. I can remember that one morning someone talked louder outside and Christina’s mom just Drew His attention of voice control a second after. ♥️

Maria was amazing host. She is really kind and always ready to help. The studio was cozy and had everything we needed.

Sleeping to the sound of the waves and waking up to watch the sunrise, there was nothing better to recharge. The accommodation is located in a quiet environment and is extremely clean, the beautiful garden has 3 fairly large parking spaces.

The space was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend!

Katherina is a very sweet person, her husband and herself are very sweet and helpful people. The bathroom has hot water, the house is very nice and very spacious. The dishwasher is working, everything is very clean. They offered us lettuce and scallions from the garden, and they offered us homemade cake and Turkish coffee before leaving. Very sweet people, I will be staying here again the next time I come to Kavala. There is air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom and it heats very nicely. The location is very good, it is very advantageous to have a 7-minute walk to the sea in the summer. Thank you for a lovely stay, it felt like home.

We had a perfect and very enjoyable stay. There was a pristine, quiet cove within walking distance of the house. Since it was the end of the season, it was very peaceful, and we didn’t need to go to another beach for swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of clean towels for the bathroom. We had a wonderful time in the garden of the house. There was no parking problem. It’s a calm and peaceful place. It was an unforgettable experience among birdsong and olive trees. Maria and her husband were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would love to come again.

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

Great place for a 2 or 3 person stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a couple or a family. The distance from the main square is about 10 minutes walk, while within walking distance there is a mini market. Also, under the apartment there is private parking, something very important especially for a family with a small child. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and communicative. We'll go for it again on our next visit to Xanthi.

The house is wonderful with the most beautiful view in Kavala!!! fully equipped with elevator and parking! as for the hostess, very kind, very helpful and responsive!!! we would definitely visit it again and recommend it unreservedly!!!
