After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Give my sweet neighbors a wave on your way. They're all pretty amazing. Enjoy!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Walkable, Cozy Duplex Home near Five Points

Our newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath space is part of our duplex home. We use it as the office during the week but have decided to let others enjoy it on the weekends. There is a fully equipped kitchen as well as dining area, and the living room couch pulls out into a bed with a super-comfy memory foam mattress (so we can sleep 4 if necessary). Anything in the house, although we do use most of the closet space for storage and might have a few food items in the fridge/freezer. If this is a problem, just let us know and we will get them out of your way. We also have board games for all different interest levels that you're free to use. We live in the larger part of the duplex so are available as needed, but you also have as much privacy as you want. I should note that we have 3 children, so you might hear the pitter patter of little feet, but the walls between the two sides are thick enough to mute most sound. Located near many points of interest, such as Mas Tacos and the Pharmacy, as well as Five Points, Nissan Stadium, and Downtown, this home is on a street busy enough to be close to everything but quiet enough to walk peacefully to many attractions. A hip and thriving neighborhood, East Nashville has music venues and boutiques to explore, with loads of great restaurants within walking distance. Walk/bike/uber/lyft are all great options! We can't guarantee it without your notice, but if you let us know ahead of time, we can usually reserve a pack n play for a baby.
