Little Downgate is situated in the pretty village of East Portlemouth looking over towards the famous sailing town of Salcombe. Enjoy the sunny side of the estuary with multiple stunning sandy beaches to choose from as well as cafes and walks aplenty. Salcombe can be reached easily by hopping on the foot ferry should you wish and water sports lovers can hire equipment a couple of minutes from the property. The house is comfortable, well equipped and offers parking and a delightful garden.

Valley View is located in the most tranquil setting close to the south Devon coastline, you can access popular areas such as Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge all within 30 minutes. It is situated just a short walk from the SW coastal path and a mile from the outstanding beaches of East Portlemouth and the vibrant seaside town of Salcombe, across the harbour. Nick and Sameena your hosts have recently taken over hosting themselves and will do their very best to make your stay a happy and relaxed time.

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

A converted horsebox houses a hot shower and compost toilet. Linen and towels are provided. Surrounded by the beautiful South Hams landscapes, the short passenger ferry trip to buzzing Salcombe is just at the bottom of the hill along with four fabulous beaches.
