Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. A clean and cosy self contained annex with a small private court yard . The reading loft is the perfect ‘snug’ . Settle down with a book , plan your days out, or star gaze on a clear night. Located in High Salvington in a quiet residential close , this annexe is part of the owners chalet bungalow . On the outskirts of Worthing ,only 2.7 miles from the beach. Beautiful downland walks close by , a historic windmill , village shop and Micro bar at the top of the hill .

Lovely beach retreat - Private entrance, Parking

This peaceful, seaside escape is perfectly located a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Rustington beach and a 10 minute walk to the village where you will find plenty of restaurants, craft micro-brewery, cocktail bar and shops including Waitrose and Tescos.
