In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

It is less than 4 km to Visby, 10 minutes' walk to Kneippbyn's water and summerland/sea. The house is on the "right side" of Visby and it is easy to get directly to one of Gotland's largest and most beautiful beaches, Tofta. In the living room, there is a sauna to use and there is a large parking lot for the house. ICA is 200 meters from the house.

From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
