Spacious house and garden in Itchenor

Located in Shipton Green, Itchenor, The Willows is surrounded by large gardens with tennis court and heated swimming pool. Close to W. Wittering Beach and Itchenor Harbour, and with easy access to local walks, bike rides and waterside pubs. Near Chichester and Goodwood. 'WOW. The house is absolutely fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate Christmas. If you are looking for a spacious, beautiful property then this is a must book house. Bosham (B) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A home from home.
